  Dr. Chris Bockrath

  Dr. Chris Bockrath is a native of Dayton, Ohio where he grew up with his four sisters and parents. He completed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences and Cum Laude honors. He continued his training at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where he graduated near the top of his class with a degree for Doctor of Dental Surgery, and gained his expertise in general dentistry. Dr. Bockrath comes from a family of dentists who all still currently practice in Ohio, which includes his mother, uncle, and two sisters. He gained experience at his mother’s private practice, Dr. Ann Bockrath DDS, in Waynesville, Ohio and has been mentored by her and his uncle, Dr. Greg Austria. He also worked at several offices throughout Ohio while under the Ohio Project program, which was designated to provide dentistry to the lower socioeconomic communities. Dr. Bockrath decided to move to the beautiful state of Colorado in 2019, where he started as an associate dentist in both Thornton and Parker. He transitioned into a lead dentist role in Castle Rock, where he provided dental work to their community for 2.5 years. During that time he was active in several programs such as the Metro Denver Dental Society, Colorado Dental Association (CDA), and American Dental Association (ADA) which provided numerous events and educational courses that enhanced his dental knowledge and skills. He is also passionate in philanthropy programs that provide dentistry to the underserved communities, such as Smiles for Everyone Foundation and Give Kids a Smile (GKAS). Dr. Chris Bockrath’s philosophy of the practice is prevention as well as doing only work necessary using the most aesthetic techniques and materials available. Patient education is also an important aspect of dentistry that Dr. Bockrath is passionate about in order to make sure his patients are well-informed on their dental needs. He’s proud of his ability to carry out services in general dentistry at the highest level, as well as specialty treatment such as oral surgery, endodontics, and orthodontics. He is currently certified and trained with Invisalign in order to complete orthodontic treatments that improve smiles through the office’s Sure Smiles program. He offers expertise in cosmetic dentistry which includes crowns, veneers, bridges, implant crowns, and in-office bleaching treatment as well. In his spare time, Dr. Bockrath is very involved with his hobbies that include various outdoor activities in the Colorado Rockies. He enjoys spending time hiking, camping, and snowboarding in the mountains during most of his weekends. He also loves to bike around the suburbs of Denver and Boulder, and climb at the Movement Climbing gyms in Denver throughout the week. Dr. Chris Bockrath is excited to play a role in providing excellent dental services to the residents of Broomfield and surrounding neighborhoods. He continues to work with Dr. Robert Berry, the founder of Mountain Aire Dentistry, on ensuring a smooth transition for the patients and increasing the growth of the office. He has an experienced team that is capable of delivering the highest quality of dental treatment and has been at the office for several years. Dr. Bockrath is pleased to be able to join this outstanding staff at Mountain Aire Dentistry and help maintain the practice’s respected reputation.
